No one could be more surprised at having made it to 2020 that the co-hosts of No Condition Is Permanent, DJ’s Reeshard & Lee-Roy. The new year arrived at the Purple Bat Lounge accompanied by three dozen tunes, any one among them capable of lifting the paint from old car fenders. Of course Uncle Morty stopped by, goods in hand. (What? You thought he wouldn’t?) And the programmers at The Madison stepped up to the plate as well, screening a seasonal-yet-creepy double feature. One couldn’t imagine a better soundtrack for tearing the old calendar off the wall…and now one doesn’t have to, as last Saturday’s experience can be shared by those at home, simply by clicking immediately below…
