NO CONDITION IS PERMANENT [Episode #135 ~ 09-16-17]

As summer headed for the fire escape, temperatures fell and though the Purple Bat Lounge remained a hellish fetid pit, thankfully the ‘hellish’ component was dialed down somewhat. That didn’t stop one of the bar’s DJs — of course it was Lee-Roy…what, you had to ask? — from spending much of the evening in question on the Outdoor Patio, communing with beings he described as “mechanical elves from hyperspace…with really cool hats.” Did we mention that Uncle Morty had stopped by previously, dropping off a canister marked Ayahuasca Purple? But this was a mere diversion. The important stuff of Saturday evening was built upon four sets of music designed by Reeshard & Lee-Roy to defeat productivity and sobriety, music that grabbed the Purple Bat’s patrons by the collective scruff of their necks and shook them as though it all meant something. You can experience this feeling too (hopefully without encountering the aforementioned elves) by clicking in the appropriate places immediately below. Tune in anyway…
