NO CONDITION IS PERMANENT [Episode #100 ~ 08-13-16]

It was, as a long-dead English dude once proclaimed, the Best of Times and the Worst of Times. In the credit column: N.C.I.P. celebrated its 100th episode last Saturday evening. To commemorate this august moment, Reeshard & Lee-Roy cherry-picked four sets of favorite tunes from the preceding 99 shows. Also, Uncle Morty rose to the spirit of the occasion by turning up with a canister of something called Groovy Love Bush, about which there is little to say beyond acknowledging that, yes, it does exist. And it works. On the downside, the city’s building inspector revisited the Purple Bat Lounge and discovered much of an objectionable nature, architecturally speaking. (He also discovered one of Morty’s ex-competitors in the basement, which did nothing to lighten his mood.) Our hosts — and we’re sure you at home feel much as we do — hope this storm blows over presently. No Condition Is Permanent will be on hiatus for the balance of August, while the management sorts it all out. The show will return at Summer’s end with still more cultural scheiße! Until then, you can dig our 100th show by clicking below, and investigate our archived episodes by scrolling down this page. See you in September!
